Refund policy
1. General Policy
All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated below.
We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for hygiene and quality control reasons.
2. Defective / Incorrect Items
If you’ve received a defective or incorrect item, please email us at support@cuurldlash.co with the following details:

Our team will review your case and guide you through the exchange or replacement process accordingly.
3. Discount Codes / Credit Vouchers
All discount codes and credit vouchers must be applied before checkout.
We’re unable to retroactively apply codes or issue refunds after your order has been placed.
4. Order Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed and processed, cancellations are not guaranteed and are subject to approval by our team.
If a cancellation request is made before your order has been shipped, a processing fee of 5% will be deducted from the refund amount.
This is to cover the non-refundable transaction fees charged to us by our payment provider.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.
To request a cancellation, please email support@cuurldlash.co as soon as possible with your order number and reason for cancellation.
